Can anything or anyone really protect us from discrimination? Not just racism any kind of discrimintaion.

The only things that YOU (the generic you) can do to protect yourself against discrimination is know the law, rules at work, etc. and be willing to fight for your rights.

Other than that, the BIG thing is to know that it is going to happen, not let it beat you down, and carry on when it happens. In most cases you cannot actually do anything to stop the discrimination so do not let it turn you into a hater or stop you from continuing to try.

I tend to agree. That is why I always tell how to deal with it within yourself.
