I'm going to go with the majority vote on this one - it definitely depends on who is doing the talking. I've had strangers say some very icky things to me before. That makes me cringe. With "just friends" there is almost always a very sarcastic overtone, and it's usually more of a playful toying with languages. But with the right, special person, it can be phenominally sexy.
