  • Well, I am a 16 yr old guy, and the guys who were their pants "off there butts" are usually the kids who end up bagging groceries for a living.
  • Im in my 20s sweety and its disgusting
  • I think there should be a law. Underwear is meant to be covered. If they were meant to be seen the would be called outerwear.
  • we can only hope that the fashion departs....
  • What's worse is some have belts to tighten so that they will stay just under the butt and not slide farther down the legs. I think its ridiculous... but as kids always do, they follow their favorite TV or Music star and if they pull up one pant leg and say its cool, they'll do it too. If they put a bandaid on their cheek and act like its cool, they'll do it too.
  • they think they look "cool" or as I have been told "everybody does it..it's no big deal". Just a teen fad..Thankfully some states/cities around here are actually ticketing parents for letting their kids dress that way.
  • It's because you think "bloomers" is still a word.
  • They want to make an anti-authority statement, to express their individuality. By dressing just like everyone else
  • Because they think its cool and dont know that it is a form of Sexual harassment along with indecent exposure..It is very discusting and i know that a few cities have made it illegal for guys to wear pants like that and women to wear tops that expose parts of their breasts..i hope it becomes illegal everywhere soon.
  • 1. They don't care that people can see their underwear. 2. Seeing their underwear does not objectively affect you in any way. 3. It's just underwear, everyone wears it, and there's no reason to whine about seeing it. Also, you might want to retake English.
  • It's repulsive. I don't understand parents allowing their kids to dress that way. It's like a whole subculture of people with no dignity.
  • Um I'm 16 and I dont. But then again im not a nerd or a rich fuck in a shirt and tie all the time like some fucked up nerd.
