It is completely useless.
The biggest super-powers in the world, especially the USA and Britain are convinced that theyhave the highest and most superior culture ad all other cultures and languages are extremely inferior, simple, stupid and ridiculous.
So why should Americans or British ever be interested in a foreign culture, they basically regard as completely stupid and inferior?
Who benefits from the instability of foreign governments?
