I'm 54 now and I think I've been to 4-5 bars in my whole life. They hold no interest for me. I'd rather buy my own booze, and drink it in a nicer setting with people I enjoy spending time with.

No ... there are entire religious groups that avoid any place that sells alcohol or allows promiscuity ... there are several countries in the world where such businesses are not even allowed, so there is no option to go for the people living there ...

I know I rarely did. That was a little too much of "doing what I see on my mtv." To me that was organized rebellion and stank of desperation if you did it more then twice a month.

I don't know all the people over the age of 21 so I couldn't say if they all do. In my hometown, that was the only place to go to meet your friends, either that or the IHOP. ^_^
