10+. I know a few who stutter,it's no big deal to wait and listen. I've found it helpful if you look away a bit. Not in an ignoring way, just don't stand there staring/waiting.
10. For explanation. What choice do you have. What is a decent person going to do? Tell them to stop stuttering and get to the point. I don't think so. Answer 10.
If by '10' you mean extremely patient, I'd say, uh, a '10'?!

did you know that if you talk slowly to a person who stutters, they eventually lose their stutter
My brother doesnt severelystutter.. but sometimes he does.. Id say a 7?
it gets annoying after a while
(hes 5 and will probably grow out of it)
10. Because not having patience would probably just make them stutter more. If someone didn't have any patience with me when I spoke, I'd feel like curling up into a fetal position in a dark room.
10. It's not their fault if they stutter. Is it?
Ditto for me with philosopher-saint's answer

i work for ppl who have disabilities , i am very patient with them - i have less patience with my a**hole co workers LOL
probably a 10. i tend to stutter a bit, so i understand how annoying it is when people don't listen
10! I worked with someone who stutters & when they'd get tripped up they would start knocking on something & it would straighten it out. Eventually, any time he'd have a question for me, if I saw him getting frustrated trying to get out his words, I'd say "it's okay! knock it out."
T, t, t, t, tw, tw, tw, two! Only joking, it's good to have a sense of humour about these things. Complete patience why would anyone not. It's like saying you'd have no patience talking to someone who's deaf. Be considerate & understanding.
10. I worked with someone who stuttered for a while and it didn't bother me, though I did feel bad once when he took a while to get a sentence out and I didn't catch a couple of words in the middle, and had no choice but to make him repeat it all again.....
10. I worked with a stutterer once.
10 because I know they can't help it.
Much more than I used to. I've learned the truth of what Joe Franklin used to say: "It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice."
10. Unless they're reciting the words to My Generation, in which case I don't want to stand and listen for the 17.645 hours it would take.
Just kidding, guys.
i stutter so im gonna have ta say 10 cause it not my fault

Are polls supposed to be anonymous? Does being able to answer anonymously make it easier to say how you feel?
