I would worry for all of the poor people who were using condoms and contracted HIV. That would be terrible! I wouldn't worry for myself immediately, as I use alternate contraception.

Terrorists won't use it even if they found a way because they can't use the weapon on selected target populations. They wouldn't want their own kin contracting HIV.
At the least we must believe the terrorists still have some sense left in them to think logically.

This has to be one of the weirdest things to worry about that I have yet heard of. Why not worry that terrorists are going to turn all cars into flesh-eating monsters that will eat you when you climb in to them? It is about as likely.
