Owned a home with mom; mom passed away; home sold to my son (grandson); no payoff-house is paid for--now selling house to outside individual--does other living child receive portion of proceeds?

    Let's get this straight: Mom and daughter/son owned home. Mom dies and YOU sell the house to YOUR son. Now son is selling the house to someone else. NO, other living child is not due anything!
