Let's get this straight: Mom and daughter/son owned home. Mom dies and YOU sell the house to YOUR son. Now son is selling the house to someone else. NO, other living child is not due anything!
How did your mom sell the house after she died?
If a person has not paid taxes for ten years or more do they lose the home to person who did?
