jobless rates will more than likely stay at a higher rate while the economy is at a slow stage it make peak at it,s highest level in 2010, and as the economy recovers slowly so will employment, the biggest problem now more people do part time work and this is a trend that will continue as business seems to be more into hiring pat time workers.
