I need help with my echapees. I kind of "jump" when I go onto second position. How can I correct this?

    make sure that you always keep your head up and your back strait, "hold your center" as im sure youve heard a MILLION times lol. when you plie to prepare and land, make sure that you dont bend over or stick your butt out...thats just asking for a crappy jump.
