I prefer asymmetry when it comes to piercings, but it's really whatever you think looks better. If they are all on one lip, maybe get that fourth one on the other lip? That would look more balanced without being symmetrical. As in two lower left, one upper right, one lower right.
If it is something you think would look nice than go for it, you can always take it out:)
why stop at 4? go for lucky 7!
totally hottttt with the piercings, I think in this case you should leave it asymmetrical and leave 2 on one side and one on the other (:
Ahhh... I dunno. I am a fan of piercings, but wouldn't that be a little overloaded? I like Milkhoney's suggestion though, that'd be cool. Or you could just leave it as it is. It sounds good XS.

I got my lip pierced (monroe) on the 23rd, ball fell out so replaced w/ another bracket, my skin has grown over the metal now. what do I do?

How can I switch my lip piercing from a ring to a labret? The hole is curved and I can't get straight jewelery through.

You're reading I have my lip pierced 3 different times and places. 2 on my left and 1 on my right. Im debatinq weither or not I should be symetrical and qet two on my right as well. I need someones opinion! {:
