  • I have a picture of me at my heaviest on the fridge and I never want to be that person again.
  • eat breakfast, don't skip meals. snack on fruit and raw veg. Drink 8 large glasses of water a day. Don't buy biscuits, make your own low sugar biscuits with the kids, they eat them quickly. Although they've all gone the kids feel treated and there's no rubbish in the house. Don't eat after 7pm. Infact, do everything I don't do and you'll be just fine ;)
  • I've just remembered something I spotted on the net the other day. http://www.theportionplate.com/ it might be interesting as a way of habit forming.
  • I find that fasting one day a week on distilled water and three days in a row once a month. I do not eat after 5 PM and do not eat breakfast.I eat a lot of soup and salad.I also juice carrots everyday.
  • Reduction of food intake.
