Question

Help answer this question below.

Just bought 92 Honda Accord speed. Started fine at dealership, at home won't turn over. Started once and not since. Is there a clutch problem or could be something simpler?.

Your battery could be totally drained or your starter could be bad or have a loose connection.
Do you get power inside of the car? Have you tried charging the battery? Try wiggling the battery connections. Sometimes they don't have good contact or aren't tight enough and won't provide enough of a charge to start a car.
If all of that's fine try popping the clutch (if you have room to) to get it started or have the starter and it's connections inspected/tested.
