As I recall, they actually did their own market research on the feasibility of offering hot dogs to their customers, and it was determined that hot dogs would not be a big seller for them. That's why they don't offer them at this time.

They do. They just call them hamburgers.
It is because they sell burgers and other stuff which are not hot dogs.
