there's no reason because its not personal. they are rude because of either the enviornment they are brought up in or a close event that has shaped them the way they are.

Because they are able to. Being rude can be either because the person is having a bad day or because they see it as a way of controlling/dominating someone else. The trouble is, it is counter productive because everyone remembers rudeness so it follows that person where ever they go.

Because it's in their nature to be that way and they feel this behavior is justified and don't know any better.:)

From my perspectives many people are rude because they got a big ego inside their head, They think they are better than most and now days is becoming a problem of attitude.

Sometimes people may just be in a bad mood. Sometimes people are perceived as being rude when they may simply be blunt. There's a difference.
