Have you ever...or do you practice any martial arts...? Which one and what are the benefits?

    Yes - since there are so many styles and it's hard to find out which one best suits you at the beginning I created my own martial arts style (sorry, not going to publish it - I made it for myself, not to make money out of it) ;)
    The benefits are that it keeps me in good shape and healthy mood everyday.

    Yes. For me I study the Jin Lian Pai kung-fu system. The benefits for me range from access to the original forms of Taijiquan for over all health and trips to China to train in them to combat readiness to self defense competence to Traditional Chinese Medicine. +2

    Ninjitsu
    Aikido
    Tai Chi & Tai Chi Chuan
    Vin Tsun Kuen

    ... benefits are good overall health and ability to defend myself fairly well ... and in my case, teaching it has become a business as well ...
