Living in England there are plenty of "other" places I would love to vist before I die - New Zealand is high on my list.....

I had a year of English History in college. There is a lot to see in England.
However, I am not much of a traveler, so I will likely never leave The United States.

People should visit england before they die. I haven't yet, but i think people should visit as many places as they can. It can give you a new perspective on things.
If you have the will, time and money, yeah! Why not? =)
I would like to, as well as Ireland & Scotland. My ancestors are from that region.
It's not required. But it is a nice trip.
