  • Larry offered you a good answer. However, there are professional presses or mills where we also carry olives for the olive oil. If you have 100 kg of olives, you will theoretically get 16-23 liters of oil depending of the sort. But Olive mills take their percentage, and there is some spoilage, so we get around 10 liters of oil on that amount. If you want olives for eating, you will need a recipe for lye to soak them in. How old are your olives, and how many kg of olives did you collected?
