Just sterilize all the poor...problem solved.

I completely agree with that statement.

I was just thinking about honeydews. I don't know why.

If you don't want a baby, there's an easy, free way to do it that works 100% of the time. As a perk, you won't get AIDS or any other STD, and you'll also avoid a lot of heartache. It's absolutely free to you and the taxpayer who shouldn't be on the hook to pay for ANY healthcare but for themselves and whom they are responsible for, like their spouse and the kids they chose to have when they knew the time was right. So simple, yet many still seemed to not have figured it out.

I agree with the statement.

Agree ,,,who has the right to say not !,,,it's your body after all ,,,??

I own to having made such a statement. For the record, I also said that the government should make all forms of birth control (oral, shot, IUD, etc) available to all women, also reagardless of social class or location. That way we effectively reduce the number of unwanted pregnancies in the first place.

Every elective medical or cosmetic procedure should be free.

I refuse to spend my money funding something that I consider the most appalling and widespread abomination in modern history.

The public already supports preventative measures. Abortion should not be taxpayer supported. Not all taxpayers believe in convenient legalized murder.
-
I agree entirely. I noticed some people on here said "just don't have sex" or things along those lines. and "abortion is an abomination" But what about rape? what about situations where carrying the child full term would kill the mother and the baby? and mistakes happen, do you really think that some poor girl should have to struggle her entire life because some asshole knocked her up and left? in that case the girl could not finish college and therefore would not be able to care for a child properly. And finally what about severely mentally retarded kids? spineobifita, or Downs, a child with one of those or a similar condition wouldn't be much more than a hindrance on their family and society as a whole.

You have many rights, but it's not up to taxpayers to pay for you to exercise those rights. You may marry, raise a family, vote, earn a living, speak freely, join organizations -- these are all rights -- the taypayers do not fund your exercise of them. Absolutely not -- taxpayers should not pay for abortions.
