I good combination is eating fruits in the morning,even in the form of shakes.A light lunch with a garden salad and a baked potato,and I light dinner with a garden salad and pasta.It is good to change the menus.Eat only until sated never until you are full.Drink lots of water(with a touch of lemon)to take care of hunger pangs.Also start walking and increase another block each day until it is a couple of miles per day.
