You're reading Spring is finally here in Minnesota, and so are the bugs. Some beetles were hanging out with me and the kids on the trampoline outside yesterday. They look like ladybugs, only they're totally black. Any idea what they are and if they're harmful?

Oh fantastic, thanks so much! It will be nice to be able to tell the kids that they're harmless ladybugs instead of "I'm not sure what it is, just don't touch it" lol...and I don't know why, but I can't give points right now!
