If I eat foods without saturated fat, will I lose weight?

    Not necessarily. The calories your body doesn't require are stored as fat. So if you stuff yourself with, for example, non-fat yogurt, you would probably put on weight. Also, good fat is still fat. Not eating the saturated, however, will do wonders for your health.
