  • The Universe is everything. The visable universe is about 93 billion light years across and it has about an Octovigintillion particles. Short answer for what could have turned into a thesis. ;)+2

  • i think it is to big and to vast to get our minds round it just makes our planet look so tiny in the big picture there must be other life out there either just starting out or more advanced than ours but just so far away to get in touch with us
  • It is pretty big. We are unable to see the far edges of the universe.
  • The universe is mostly made up of me. There are also some bit players here and there and a lot of large rocks.
  • Mostly the gas hydrogen. This is the gas that fuels the stars. The stars themselves transmute hydrogen to other heavier elements. Some of these elements (carbon, oxygen, iron etc.) make up the solid and liquid chemicals that build planets and life itself. Most of the universe is gas. As regards size, there is still much debate on how large the universe is.
