yes I did. I later found out that they had a long list of complaints. They take people's money and don't do the job or they lose the things or damage it. It's amazing how many complaints they had in 12 months.

I reported GameSpot for advertising an Assassin's Creed II coupon on Yowza and then refusing to honor it, and they made at least some effort to correct the situation.
I reported Segway of New Mexico for sending me the wrong product, authorizing and accepting a return of the product, and then never returning my money, and SNM just alternated between lying and ignoring the complaints, enabling them to get away with it.
I reported Buy.com because I purchased something from them and they told me repeatedly that they shipped it, when in fact they hadn't.
