Your option is to sit and think very long and hard as to why you would sell a lemon to someone and then fully expect to be compensated for your decietfullness. If the car breaks down on the same day you sell it, then you had to have know something was wrong with it and if your bill of sale agreement wasn't notarized with a "sold as is" clause on it, then be prepared to take the car back or go to court.
