i just saw that david vitter has already introduced legislation that pays halliburton $50 million in exchange for releasing marketing techniques that it used in its ploy.

Today; news reports; US has accussed the Iran gov of plotting assasinations and terrorism. Is this another scam to start another war?

+6 Seeya. I guess it's remotely conceivable that something like this happened.

But I've never seen sworn testimony relating to something like this that wasn't offered as part of a plea bargain on something.
.
Now, granted, I guess it's possible that these folks are whistleblowers. But, more often than not, witnesses like this fall into the category of unindicted co-conspirators of some sort.

It's impossible to get an idea of what this testimony means without knowing the context in which it was offered, so your skepticism is well-placed.
