proof beyond two ex employees who are squirming to get a deal. plus you have to take the press with a big grain of salt!
+6 Seeya. I guess it's remotely conceivable that something like this happened.
. But I've never seen sworn testimony relating to something like this that wasn't offered as part of a plea bargain on something. . Now, granted, I guess it's possible that these folks are whistleblowers. But, more often than not, witnesses like this fall into the category of unindicted co-conspirators of some sort. . It's impossible to get an idea of what this testimony means without knowing the context in which it was offered, so your skepticism is well-placed.
