I just got married in vegas but found out the guy I married can't have kids. How long can you get an annulment before it becomes a divorce?

WTF? You loved the man enough to marry him but not enough to stay with him if you can't create children?

You need to talk to a lawyer. If the marriage was legally binding, and you consumated it, it will be a divorce.

What were you thinking? Not that it is any of my business, the best thing that you can do is sit down with a lawyer you 1st consultation is free, bring all the necessary paper work and just go from there.

I believe if it is under a year you can annul it. I am sorry that happened. I hope all goes well.

Also couldn't you try artificial insemination? It may save your relationship.
