It's a safe bet that I'll be up everyday about 7:30 that seems to be my modus operandi of late.

About 0530, I'll probably sleep late to 0545, tomorrow. No matter what I do, I wake up at that time. The only time I sleep later is the first day after an international flight, then I'm right back to the 0530 wake up and midnight bedtime.
