I would only agree to this, if the petroleum industry would take the .9(point nine)off the price of a gallon of gasoline. $2.49.9 a gallon. We'll need the penny to pay for that 9 tenths of a cent.

Yes. All transactions could be rounded to the nearest multiple of 5 (cents). Pennies are a waste these days. I see people throwing them in the trash all the time.
