Theories of disease based on retained toxins adherent to the intestinal wall is 100% quack pseudoscience, supported by zero evidence, used to promote fake medical products and services for the purpose of separating you from your money. Colonic irrigation is among these.
Prior to intestinal surgery, the colon is 'cleaned' by a combination of drugs that induce watery diarrhea and temporarily alter the bacterial flora. That's necessary because the surgeon can't risk contaminating the peritoneal cavity with stool.
Otherwise, forget it.
Your doctor or pharmacist can best advise you of the different products available for doing that.
If you don't have a doctor who specializes in that, s/he would be a Gastroenterologist.

I usually use pine sol, but I've heard that tilex works better because you don't have to scrub as hard.
