I want to connect my pc screen to my PS3 but it only has a D-sub connector. I tried using a D-sub to VGI but it didn't work. Any advice?

My Playstation disc drive will not work. There is nothing in the disc drive and when I try to put a disc in, It will not grap the disc.

You're reading I have an sony bravia hdtv with and ps3 attached but i get a no signal message with both composite and hdmi cables the ps3 seems to be working normally other than not receiving signal on the tv
