It means you have a responsible kid who learns well. Some people only learn from pissing on the electric fence. Your kid takes wisdom from others and that is precious. You are a good parent.

Be thankful that they're using birth control,,,,? and if it's not his, and they aren't using birth control, then neuter him. That's the easiest way :)

By the time my son is in his teens I will have given him all the advice I could about safe sex, so I wouldn't do anything but be happy that he is using protection. +3

If it happens to be a teen girl with a condom then it's time for birth control pills. This may be her way of asking for something when she can't put it into words so take her to a gynecologist and boost her allowance enough to cover the cost.

My son and I had THE SEX TALK on his 13th Birthday ... He claims and I believe it when he said he waited until he was 18 and EMPLOYED to be sexually active .... as he was not emotionally or financially able to be a "Daddy" and THING do happen ... IF I found a condom in my teen's room, though ..we'd have a talk about his life ... +5
