How safe is purchasing items off of ebay?
I would like to purchase a cell phone that's cheaper than t-mobile..

    Is this cellphone from a dealer or a private person?

    If its a private person, be sure to check their references on ebay. check their past history before you purchase anything.

    This will give you some idea of what you are facing.

    Do you have a paypal account? if not, you will have to work with this person/business on the side and mail a postal money order to them.

    I am very leary of buying anything on the internet.
