It is wrong, instead you should track down and crush them utterly.

It is wrong for anyone to send you fake or junk. You should report them. Don't just sit idly by and let them get away with it or they will try it again.

Just report him if he send you inadequate item you purchased from him. It will be much better for you than just being mean.
