    my favorite flavors to add to eggs are either garlic, roasted garlic, or hot pepper. depends on my mood, but roasted garlic is definitely my fave.

    Pickled eggs are the best!

    Pickling spice ingredients are usually whole or in coarse pieces. Garlic, onion, dill, allspice, bay leaves, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, coriander, ginger, mustard seeds, peppercorns and more can be used in pickling. Make your own pickling spices and have fun!

    Depends how the egg is cooked. Fried eggs or omelets take only salt and pepper for me. Hard-boiled can be nice with paprika. Some eggs are good with dill, curry, cumin, chili powder, garlic, oh, and tarragon is excellent with eggs.
