Men do it too (and don't say it is different). In Canada, a woman topless is not considered illegal. It is legal for a woman to walk without a shirt (check Ontario laws). However, a woman who flashes her genitalia in public, that is considered exhibitionism. Exhibitionism in men and women is the same. WEBSTER defines "exhibit" to display before people, and exhibitionism, as a tendency to show off before people. So I guess, I'm an exhibitionist. I love to go out wearing micro mini skirts, and see thru, or soft, silky blouses over shelf bras, so my nipples show thru, sometimes, no bra, and quite often, I go Commando. and wear 5" heels, and lace top, thigh-high stockings, My B/F says it's exciting for him, and I know it's really exciting for me, to see the effect I have on guys like that.
