Yes~some of my relatives used to have very hairy legs and pits~I think that was because the were European
Some of the women thought only a fool would have their legs
and pits~~but I do in the summer to keep the sweat down
and also it feels cleaner~~also I shave my private area too

was funny as, coz my Bf knew how much i hated shaving my legs, so we just laughed =]

Yes. When I visited Brazil about 20 years ago some of the women their actually bleached their long leg hairs so that they were very noticeable against their bronzed skin.
It took me a while to get used to that.

I have, many times. I'm originally from Europe, where as few as 20 years ago there was no such a trend to shave. That was ugly times.
Besides, I had a friend, who's husband liked it furry and asked her NOT TO shave. I would never be able to pay such a heroic feat for somebody else.
