I was having problems with my neighbors and told my landlord I suspected them of serious drug abuse. He gave them my phone number so they could apologize to me. Is this legal?.

    almost certainly the answer is yes. Its not nice, but probably legal.

    Not sure if it's illegal, but it is certainly unconscionable of your landlord.

    I highly doubt it is leagal for him to give out your personal information. I would be furious.
