Not sure if it's illegal, but it is certainly unconscionable of your landlord.
I highly doubt it is leagal for him to give out your personal information. I would be furious.
Landlord has not paid $6000 judgement awarded 10 months ago. He has recently sold my equipment. What recourse can I take to get my money?

You're reading I was having problems with my neighbors and told my landlord I suspected them of serious drug abuse. He gave them my phone number so they could apologize to me. Is this legal?.
