The good feeling will be because you just had a joint LOL, your heart is pumping from the workout and you kick into overdrive(somewhat) with the joint. The chocolate milk will have some benefit because of the protein content, anything protein after workout with weights is good, as protein builds muscle, and taking protein directly after a workout (within 30-60 minutes) is called "the window", this is when our body is more ready (you could say) to receive protein to build muscle.
That's a helluva routine you got there! +3
Umm... I highly doubt it.
Lol! I am not so sure if it is good for building muscle. I know that drinking a protein shake or eating some protein after working out is good for you though.
Actually, both of these things are bad for building muscle. A joint is a depressant, and you want to use some kind of a stimulant to pep you up and let you work out longer. You don't have to mess with the illegal stuff, there are stimulants for sale in bodybuilding and nutrition stores that work great for this purpose.
And chocolate milk contains too much fat and sugar. Once you have a hard workout, you can drink a flavored protein shake, protein is the best for building muscle and right after a workout, the body seems to suck it up like a sponge! You can get protein mix in chocolate flavor. My favorite in bananna!

You're reading After i workout, i smoke a joint then drink a glass of chocolate milk, and i get an awesome feeling throughout my body. Is that good for building muscle? because i seem to be growing awefully fast in some areas

Very true. In addition, the cocoa in chocolate increses vascular flexibility, so both the protien and the canabis get to all parts of your body more quickly.
