Help answer this question below.

What is the statute of limitations on a workmans comp. I had a claim three or four years ago and and I am still having problems. Can I go back to the workmans comp claim

    you only have three days to report an injury
    if you did this, it is usually 2 years to follow a suit, if you took any kind settlement money, the case is defunked and you are resopnsible for any problems after the settlemnet date

    If you mean for medical treatment of the same injury, yes you can have it covered under workers comp. I think you can do that in most states for at least 7 yrs after you are declared MMI. Getting paid for time off is a whole different matter, if you are seeking that, get a lawyer. Hope this helped.

    How about an attorney to sort this out? If you are in the right, they have to pay your attorney's fees. At least you can get some accurate advice from your area in your city in your state instead of just asking a vague question that has no real answer. If you try to work on this yourself, the odds are the system will swallow you up and ignore your claim which it sounds like it already has done.
