The 1st thing I'd do is contact the office manager & tell them that you are very interested in switching doctors b/c you're not happy w/ the level of care you are receiving. If after you talk to them you still want to switch, contact your in-network hospital & ask them for a list of OB's.
Good luck! I am very proud of you for not settling. This time is far too important to be uncomfortable w/ your doctor.
If you are not comfortable with your dr. ask your friends about other ob/gyns. That is your best source of information on them. Also, have you made your dr. office aware that you are feeling neglected and that you are having apprehensions about coming to them?
I'm not in the medical field, but I would think that if you fould a doctor you liked better (maybe by asking friends or relatives) you can tell this story to your doctor and the new doctor should be able to have all the medical records and information transfered to them.
