..not to long ago....we do alot of public transit here, especially the commuter train, I love it. Travel downtown to party and not worry over parking or driving when the whiskey is flowing...

The last time a vehicle broke down. The issues with bus systems include they are delayed by all the stops, they take the main non-freeway thoroughfares, you cannot haul work tools and goods like you can in a car, and if you have to transfer from one bus to another there is a half hour wait, minimum. I once had a 17 mile commute that went faster by bicycle than by bus.
Buses, thanks to generous taxpayer subsidy, tend to be relatively cheap if you can use one for a short daily commute in place of a car. The ridership tends to be diverse and interesting.

they had this thing so people... students could take the bus to school for free.. but now..
i have to pay for the bus..wich i have to take at least tvice a day... to school and back..
