i was always having problems with fitness and health ,my stomach mostly ,anyway lots of tests, found out things were not good ,so i went Vegetarian and the diet was set for me by a heath expert and with good exercise i am doing well i am not saying what i am doing is for you but if you are really wanting to do something positive seek advice from your doctor or fitness instructor and they will put you on the right track.
