Xenophobia is most likely a very common disorder, as we all live near or around people of different cultures, races, etc. It seems to me, an inordinate fear of foreigners might be something to be concerned about; as any FEAR that you have impedes on your life in some way. You need to try to find the root of the cause of this phobia. You can do that in a number of ways. One of the best ways I would suggest is to see a doctor or therapist that is familiar with your problem and can help you. The word "phobis" itself means "irrational fear"; nevertheless, it feels real to YOU. Call a mental health professional as soon as you can. They can help you .

I don't have a problem with foreigners! I hope you know that. I'm just asking a question with all the crazy questions here about foreigners.
