I suggest buying rabbit food, since you have a rabbit.

Dark green, leafy vegetables may be fed, such as: romaine and escarole lettuces; turnip, mustard, and collard greens; kale, parsley, cilantro, dandelion and basil. Carrots and fruits should be fed sparingly (approximately one tablespoon per pound of body weight every two days), as they are high in sugars. Starchy vegetables such as potatoes should be avoided. When feeding vegetables to a rabbit for the first time, begin with one type, then slowly introduce others, until the rabbit has become accustomed to at least three different kinds of vegetables per serving; a variety of food keeps the rabbit's interest. Once a rabbit is introduced to vegetables, it should be fed vegetables daily, along with timothy, brome, or oat hay.

Do NOT feed them lighter colored lettuce, like iceberg. Darker greens like kale are good. Also carrots, but make sure they aren't those mini carrots. Those are processed and can damage your bunny's tummy. Go get some proper rabbit foos ASAP.

Rabbits have a finely tuned digestive system and proper rabbit food is essential.
Sorry about your accident. Perhaps if you call the Pet Store or Livestock Feed Supply and explain your situation, they will have an employee that lives near you and will deliver the food with an invoice to pay at your front door. I have found that most people who work in the Pet and Livestock industry do so, not just to make money, but because they have a commitment to animal welfare and would be glad to temporarily oblige you.

I hope you're ok. It's nice to see so many people feeling strongly about good treatment of animals. You should have mentioned your accident in the question it'd have saved you a lot of 'Oi YOU feed the RABBIT' answers. I see you're a nurse, but sometimes we don't actually take proper care of ourselves. Do you need to go to a and e? Can a neighbour or relative get some pet food for you and a couple of ready meals so that you can just relax for the rest of the day. Shock can be nasty.

Dark colored greens and carrots should be used only to supplement a rabbits diet.
I hope you just ran out of food today and don't go without it often.
If you have difficulty feeding your pet, please find it a good home where it can be taken care of properly.

Dandilions and grass are good, but get in some pellet food as soon as you can afford it.

In the very short term, grass. It is what they mostly eat in the outdoors. Too many veggies can actually cause digestive upset and often, diarrhea. Once you get to the pet store, Timothy hay is ideal, in addition to limited rabbit pellet food.
