Whichever is available at the time. As long as it takes away the headache, it doesn't matter to me.

For what? I personally prefer Aleve when I have a headache.

Advil, has always worked better for me. Also brings down swelling better in my opinion.

Tylenol. Rapid Release Gels. It's pretty much a gift from God.

Tylenol when i have a headache, advil for any other pain.

Other. I go for the Aspirin.

Neither. Vicodin is the only thing that takes the edge off of my migraines - nothing completly takes it away.
