Help answer this question below.

I am on the 4x1 relay team and am having a hard time taking out and exploding- I take out too slow. I take a step back then go. I don't know why I do this. I need help to not step back and just explode. Any tips? I need this ASAP!! Thanks!!

    you need to lean on your forward leg, if you're stepping back then you're leaning backwards to much.
