    I like the 30s a little better than the 40s in general but for hats I have to agree that the 40s are the best.

    Definetly, I've tried to wear one of those hats now, and people make fun of you. I liked how everyone dressed all spiffy back then.

    I don't know; I quite liked tricorns, and the ones the Musketeers wore. And of course, if you shed the Eurocentric mindset, there were some REALLY fabulous ones in other parts of the world throughout history...
