I've been hearing this since the 1950's. What do you want to watch that was so good? I can't wait.
Low ratings and a falling market share.
9/11
I would take off the nostalgia goggles fast before you end up like every old fart conservative that like the world the way it was when the where kids regardless of how bad it was. Learn to love new stuff and don't reject it so fast.
It's only because some people love to watch crappy TV shows nowadays.
Smh... xD There is no reason to get mad, it's the truth.

Fine, I'll take your danged Harry O and raise you a Kojack and a Miami Vice and that Tom Selleck show from Hawaii for a kicker.

I liked Vice in it's day. Hated Kojack and occasionally watched Magnum. My eldest (Brandon-33) became a big Magnum fan when it was in syndication. Harry O was in a class of it's own though.

You might just be right. Did that star Clint Eastwood? If you say yes, then I will concur. That had to be really watchable. I love Clint.

It was David Janssen. A TV guy mostly. He was The Fugitive. Before that he was Richard Diamond (an early private detective show with Mary Tyler Moore's legs as his girl Friday. That's all they showed of her) And then Harry O (Another PI show) He had a cat and Farrah was his on again off again girl. The best part of the show was his antagonistic friendship with the cop on the show (Anthony Zerbe)

Oh, now I remember. My dad was a watcher of all those shows. I liked the Fugitive a lot too. Thanks for the walk down memory lane! Remember Bat Masterson?

Sure, all those half hour westerns. Wanted dead or alive (Steve Mcqueen) Palladin, Yancy Derringer, Johnny Yuma, The Rifelman, The Lawman, Wyatt Earp. I'm sure I'm missing some.

Gunsmoke, Bonanza, The Cisco Kid, Zorro, Wanted Dead or Alive, Rawhide.
