If I have a keylogger installed in my home computer and a visitor comes and uses it to check email or do their banking and their password gets trapped, have I done something illegal or just immoral?

    Its not illegal because its your computer, but I would let them know prior to getting on there that you do have it, then they can choose whether or not to continue.
